Never realised.
The concept:
It is a double bridge over a basin.
The bridge is fited out with benches, waterspout in the walls,
and at the upper floor with sound systems.
The functions:
1/ The visitors stroll from one floor to the other
listening to the music of the water which springs out the waterspout and
flows down the walls.
2/ Orchestres can produce concerts from the second bridge.
3/ The kids of the city create and decorate each ceramic pebble
which cover the basin botton.
