I realised this composition and painting 1978
from a collection of crasy arrow patterns and
a copy that I made of the famous nativity of Quentin Latour..
It was the time when persons, newspapers and TV journalists, computer people
was singing a great mass of the digital revolution which was supposed to
turn everything upside down.Paper should disappear,
all social relation ships rules should change... Etc.
The computer coming in technology was celebrated like the Messiah.
This bunch, which is made like a classical still life painting was intented
to say that tool does change the content
By that I meaned that through computer technology we were going to repeat
the same process
with no change to the roots.
These passed 18 years show that my hypothesis was true.
